Yes. Oral appliance therapy may be a good first option for mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea, after a sleep test and with your doctor’s guidance. CPAP does not work for everyone, and if it is not right for you, Thrive can help. Thrive does not provide CPAP.
How long does it take to get one?
Most patients receive their appliance within 2–3 weeks after fitting.

Do I need a sleep study first?
